Drop sheet all floor areas
Plastic sheets to be used to cover furniture where/if required
Clean up all work areas daily and on completion
All surfaces will be cleaned of all loose dirt, grease, mould and surface chalk
Scrape loose and flaking paint where required
Pole sand walls prior to painting to ensure a uniform finish
Plaster required minor dents and imperfections to walls
Putty nail holes
Gap fill cracks (Gaps may re-appear over time due to structural change beyond our control)
Apply masking tape to skirting and floor junctions to ensure straight line finish
De-Gloss previously glossed surfaces prior to priming to enhance adhesion
Apply Zinsser Smart Prime to all plastered areas, to ensure the plaster is sealed prior to applying top coats
Apply Zinsser Smart Prime to previously enamelled surfaces to ensure the gloss adheres well
Apply Zinsser Smart Prime to stains where/if required to ensure the stains do not bleed through the top coats

Drop sheet all floor areas
Industrial plastic or appropriate floor coverings to be used on all floor areas surrounding house
Seal interior side of any casement or sash windows with tape and plastic to stop dust from entering house
Clean up all work areas daily and on completion
All surfaces will be cleaned of all loose dirt, grease, mould and surface chalk
Sand any areas to the house where paint is loose or flaking with an Alderson Wet Sanding Unit to a standard deemed by us to uphold 5 Year Warranty and in accordance with WHS requirements
Linbide scraper to be used to remove required coatings in all areas where it's to tight to use an Alderson Wet Sanding Unit in accordance with WHS requirements
If we find there is a possibility of any bare asbestos, it is to be sealed with PVA Glue or a Zinnser Smart Prime to seal the substrate
Properly dispose of all contained waste in accordance with EPA Lead Paint procedures
Treat any rust found with rust converter and coat with Zinsser high build epoxy
Remove loose and unstable paint to windows and frames (exterior side only) by use of Festool Rotex sander with dust extraction unit in accordance with WHS requirements
Remove loose and defected putty from windows
Re-putty windows where putty has been removed
Linbide scraper to be used to remove required coatings in all areas where it's to tight to use an Festool Rotex Sander
Putty nail holes
Apply Zinsser Smart Prime to bare timber
Apply Zinsser Smart Prime to previously enameled surfaces
Apply Zinsser Smart Prime to stains where/if required
Tape and seal windows to ensure straight lines
Up to 8 hours of minor carpentry is provided with an allowance of $100 of materials
